The aim of our ‘’Management Coaching’’ program planned by us to assist our managers in knowing themselves, determining and performing their targets and accessing to their ‘’Ideal Performance’’s is to be able to assist them in increasing their potentials at being happier and more successful in both their private lives and business lives; is to be able to ease the managers to be able to gain a different viewpoint to the events and start to exhibit different behaviours by increasing their self-awareness. We contribute the managers to be able to approach to the events with a different viewpoint during the coaching sessions, to be able to transform the potentials in them to performances, to be able to notice and negotiate their obstacles by acting from the fact that the person must be able to manage himself/herself firstly under the base that they could manage others.
